For the Silvretta Card Premium an additional € 6,00/adult and € 3,00/child will be charged in summer.
For the summer 2023 the following age groups apply:
– 6,00 € per overnight stay for adults (born 2007 and older)
– 3,00 € per night for children (born 2008-2015)
0,00 € for children (born 2016 and younger)
For short stays up to 3 nights we charge a short stay surcharge of € 8,00/person and night.
Children up to 4 years are free in the room of the parents or in the baby crib/crib.
Reductions for children on request!

Booking information
Check-in & check-out:
On the day of arrival the rooms and apartments are ready for you from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the rooms and apartments until 09:30 am for our cleaning team.
You arrive a little later? No problem!
We just ask you to let us know if you arrive after 7:00 pm.
Prices:
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full room or apartment price for the booked time will be charged. If less than the booked number of people arrive, the full room or apartment price will be charged.
Payment:
We accept cash payment, bank or credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD).
FROM SUMMER 2023:
– Garage parking space subject to availability and surcharge
– Motorcycle garage
– E-bike charging station with garage space
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.
– up to 3 months before the day of arrival there are no cancellation fees
– up to 1 month before the arrival date the cancellation fee is 40 % of the total arrangement price
– up to 1 week before the arrival date the fee is 70 % of the total arrangement price
– in the last week before the arrival date the fee is 90 % of the total arrangement price.
European travel insurance:
Unfortunately, something can always come up! Therefore, we recommend getting travel cancellation insurance, which protects you from cancellation costs. This can be booked after the reservation has been made and can be taken out at any travel agency or at www.europaeische.at/en.
